Winners will be determined after the 2007 NCAA® Men's Basketball Championship game on April 2, 2007. Winners will be notified no later than April 14, 2007. Promotion begins March 13, 2007 and ends April 2, 2007.
Prize winners must sign, notarize, and return affidavit/release before redeeming prize. InFocus reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel this promotion at any time. Additionally, if due to a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of InFocus which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, InFocus reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. InFocus employees and immediate family members, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates of said employees are ineligible to participate in this promotional Sweepstakes.
